My family and myself are birders. ‘A family of birders,’ as we are usually called when other independent birders see us out and about. It must seem strange to other people seeing a family participating together in the same hobby. I must admit, I never do see any other families together looking for birds. It’s usually one or two. The birds and nature have become a favorite pastime for my family and hopefully it will always be.
